Satan Paint
The DOS version of Satan Paint, official paint program that was used for the graphics in Abuse. A copy is included with the fRaBs package but here it is solo if you just want to grab it for working with the retail version of Abuse. There's very little documentation that I'm aware of on using this program so feel free to share findings. Give it a valid art file name (like ANT.SPE) on the command line if you want to load something up and browse around on it.
